At 3 months of age

The eyes look at the same target (=ortophoria), convergence is symmetric, horizontal and vertical tracking movements are combined movements of eyes and head. Cover test with accommodative target is normal, i.e. the infant continues to look with the uncovered eye undisturbed, when the other eye is covered.
